Your Role in Action MaintainCritical Equipment – Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment and components. OperateWorkshop Machinery – Use lathes, mills, grinders, and other workshop equipment to manufacture or modify parts as required. Fit and Assemble Machinery – Install, assemble, and align mechanical systems and machinery components to operational standards. Support Apprentices – Share your trade knowledge and provide guidance to apprentices to help build their skills and confidence. Prioritise Safety – Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures and standards. MaintainAccurate Records – Complete maintenance documentation and job records accurately and in a timely manner. Your Winning Combination Our ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Fitting, along with current Confined Space and Safe Working at Heights certifications and a valid driver’s licence. Previous experience in maintenance and repair of industrial plant equipment is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safe work practices. Additional tickets or certifications will be highly regarded, but we also value candidates who are eager to learn and continue developing their skills.
