We are seeking a versatile HR administrator/Advisor to drive our recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Supporting a diverse team of staff and tradespeople, you will be responsible for contract management, visa compliance, and providing expert advice to management. Requirements: 5 years’ experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role. Strong background in blue-collar recruitment and EBA interpretation. Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail. A helpful, initiative-driven approach to HR service delivery. Working from Home/remotely option/independent consultant Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management or a similar role. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proficient in Employment Hero and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Sound working knowledge of applicable Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act 2009, including award interpretation and compliance obligations.
