Develop your consulting career within a growing, high performing advisory practice Hybrid WFH and Onsite options We are a certified Great Place to Work We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Corporate Performance Management Practice to advise clients on how to improve enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance outcomes – utilising Workday Adaptive Planning. This consulting role is full time and permanent, and will involve a mix of Work From Home, office and client-site work. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior finance and business leaders, helping organisations design and implement improved planning, budgeting and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiencies, and sustainable growth. You would be responsible for: Conducting business analysis sessions to scope and advise clients on improvements to financial planning, forecasting, and performance management frameworks to support business strategy, commercial objectives, and workforce planning. Leading structured consulting engagements to diagnose client challenges, and recommend the implementation of best practice operating models and solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning Reviewing, analysing and improving complex financial models for clients to improve financial forecasting, scenario analysis, reporting accuracy, and decision support Developing and refining Statements of Work (SoWs), consulting deliverables, and best practice implementation roadmaps aligned to clients’ commercial priorities. Working with senior client stakeholders to obtain feedback, undertake further analysis, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations Managing consulting engagements end-to-end -including stakeholder management, project governance, timeline management, and budget tracking, and quality of outcomes. Collaborating with other Senior Consultants and the Practice Manager to ensure continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, and to optimise productivity across multiple concurrent projects Contribute to business development activities including creation of tailored proposals and client presentations. Managing, leading and mentoring other consultants within the team Ensuring that work is delivered in line with governance, compliance and security standards, particularly in relation to sensitive financial data To be considered for the role you will need: Relevant qualifications (Qualifications in business information systems, CA/CPA qualifications, and/or a combination of both will be highly regarded) Extensive experience leading consulting engagements involving Workday Adaptive Planning Workday Adaptive Planning Certifications Extensive Business to Business Consulting experience, particularly with a CPM/EPM specialisation Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SQL Strong passion for technology and how it can help improve business processes Proactive, self-driven with high career aspirations Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail Strong project and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Able to do to short term infrequent travel when required Possess a current driver’s licence and a vehicle QMetrix are a specialist consultancy in the Corporate Performance Management and Master Data Management space, run by a team of very experienced professionals and subject matter experts.
