About the role: An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join the team on a full-time basis in Gledswood Hills. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload ranging from children to adults, providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention. You will develop tailored therapy plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to support holistic client outcomes. The role also involves outreach services across schools, childcare centres, SIL homes, and other community settings as required. Duties will include (depending on experience): Senior roles - providing mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues and graduates to support the team. All roles - provide comprehensive early intervention and care coordination to young people to assist them in achieving the goals and actions outlined in their care/management plan. Work with clients to implement informal and standardised assessments to support children and effectively assess and provide plans to improve patients’ health.
