We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience supporting operational management, safety, and stakeholder engagement within a retail or mixed-use property environment. As Assistant Operations Manager, you will provide comprehensive support to the Operations Manager and team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, contract management, and compliance. You will play a key role in maintaining the centre's presentation, supporting emergency preparedness, and building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and stakeholders. Your focus will be on upholding safety standards, optimising budgets, and contributing to sustainability initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, support capital projects, and deliver positive outcomes for both the team and customers will be highly valued in this dynamic role.
