An opportunity is available for a HR Support Officer to join a People & Safety team in Darwin. This contract role will support a broad range of HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, reporting, and general HR administration. About the Role You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce reporting processes. This position suits someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple HR activities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment processes and provide support to hiring managers Support onboarding, inductions, and probation processes Maintain employee records and HR systems Prepare regular HR reports (fortnightly, monthly, quarterly) Manage exit interview processes and reporting insights Assist with performance review documentation and tracking Provide general administrative support to the HR team About You Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities Excellent attention to detail and administrative capability Confident communicator with a client-focused approach Good working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools Desirable Qualification in HR, Business or related discipline Previous experience in HR or operational recruitment environments Additional Information Immediate start preferred 6-month contract role Pre-employment medical required
