We have a new Senior Consultant role to join our ServiceNow practice. This positoin will be a hybrid role covering project delivery, focussed on Security Operations and ITOM capabilities to support our growth as a practice The role will work across pre sales and project delivery across these key areas: Build trusted relationships with business leaders, translating business objectives into ServiceNow roadmaps and digital transformation outcomes. Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proof of concepts, customer presentations, tender responses, solution design, scoping, and commercial estimates. Identify opportunities to expand ServiceNow platform adoption and associated implementation and support services while providing industry insights and thought leadership. Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow SecOps and ITOM solutions, including Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and CSDM. Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, training, and customer handover activities. Configure, develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions in line with best practices and quality standards. Act as the ServiceNow SME, partnering with project managers and stakeholders to manage risks, ensure successful project delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Leverage expertise across ServiceNow integrations, cloud platforms, Linux and Windows environments, networking, identity management, and automation technologies. Design and implement security operations capabilities, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, remediation workflows, compliance reporting, and risk management. Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams, partners, and customer stakeholders while mentoring and upskilling team members. Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience and qualifications. 7–10 years' ServiceNow experience, including 3–5 years delivering Security Operations (SecOps) and/or ITOM solutions in enterprise environments. Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in pre-sales activities, including opportunity qualification, solution design, effort estimation, statement of work preparation, and customer presentations. Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, engage stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver successful outcomes within agreed timeframes. Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, development, reporting, workflows, integrations, portals, data transformations, and solution implementation. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, partners, and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-VR, CIS-SIR, and ideally Discovery and/or Service Mapping certifications. Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification, knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, CSDM/CMDB best practices, and integration experience with vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and asset intelligence platforms.
