We are currently looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager - Food & Beverage who is a passionate, hands-on, guests focused and results driven leader with strong Food and Beverage management experience to manage the Food and Beverage Department. About You: Minimum 3-year previous experience as a leader in a similar environment. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction with enthusiasm. Capable leader with sound knowledge and understanding on how to deliver successful F&B related coaching and training. Confident in all areas of restaurant and banquet service Complete confidence and understanding of labour, rostering and beverage control KPI's. Be able to work autonomously, our team is close knit but we want you to lead, not follow. Excellent time management and communication skills, confidence counts. RSA compliance and understanding to effectively manage and monitor responsible serving.
