What we are looking for: The Senior Oracle Employee Experience & Compensation Functional Consultant will assess employee-facing functionality, compensation processes, and workforce engagement capabilities within Oracle Fusion HCM. The role will identify configuration gaps, user experience issues, and opportunities to improve business outcomes. Responsibilities: Review compensation and rewards configuration. Assess employee and manager self-service functionality. Review employee experience capabilities, workflows, and journeys. Evaluate compensation planning and administration processes. Assess benefits and workforce engagement functionality where applicable. Review reported issues, defects, and enhancement requests. Validate solution design against business requirements and Oracle best practices. Contribute findings and recommendations to the assurance review report. Implement the functional fixes Qualification and Experience: Extensive Oracle Compensation and Employee Experience implementation experience. (10 years) Strong understanding of Oracle self-service capabilities and workforce engagement functionality. Experience supporting large-scale Oracle HCM transformations. Strong business process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience conducting solution reviews and optimisation assessments.
