We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12‑month contract, supporting a network of manufacturing sites across Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role partnering closely with site leaders and senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, operational environment. About the role Provide end‑to‑end HR support across multiple manufacturing sites Partner closely with site leaders on day‑to‑day people matters and broader workforce priorities Focus on employee and workplace relations, with a practical, on‑the‑ground approach Support bargaining and negotiation of multiple upcoming Enterprise Agreements Act as a key HR SME in the configuration and rollout of SuccessFactors Support change initiatives across sites, embedding practical and sustainable people outcomes About you Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in operational, industrial or manufacturing environments Strong background in unionised settings, including enterprise bargaining Confident managing complex and sensitive ER/WR matters Experience supporting multi‑site or decentralised workforces Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior operational leaders HRIS experience beneficial (SuccessFactors advantageous) Pragmatic, adaptable and comfortable working in fast‑paced, changing environments Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential. More important is a practical, relationship‑driven approach and the ability to balance hands‑on delivery with trusted HR advice.
