What we are looking for: The Senior Oracle HCM & Integration Solution Architect will lead the technical assessment of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform and associated integration landscape. The role is responsible for reviewing solution architecture, configuration design, integrations, security, workflows, and technical documentation to identify root causes of defects and recommend remediation activities. Responsibilities: Review end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture. Assess configuration and design decisions against business requirements and Oracle best practice. Review Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture and integration patterns. Assess security models, workflows, approval structures, and organisational design. Review interface architecture with third-party applications. Analyse defect trends and identify systemic causes. Evaluate technical documentation and solution design artefacts. Identify technical risks, design gaps, and optimisation opportunities. Provide recommendations for remediation and future-state architecture improvements. Qualification and Experience: 10 years Oracle HCM consulting and architecture experience. Extensive Oracle Fusion HCM solution design expertise. Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience. Experience reviewing complex enterprise integration environments. Deep understanding of Oracle best practices across HCM modules. Previous experience performing solution assurance or architecture review activities.
