Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role for a Physiotherapist based in the Greater Melbourne Area, with the flexibility of performing some tasks remotely. The role involves delivering physiotherapy services to clients under NDIS and Homecare Packages. You will assess, create and implement personalized treatment plans, maintain detailed progress notes, and engage with multidisciplinary teams. This position is ideal for professionals dedicated to supporting client health, recovery, and mobility in community and home settings. Qualifications Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques, client assessments, and creating individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. Skills in client engagement, including providing guidance, support, and clear communication tailored to varying abilities and needs. Strong organizational and documentation abilities to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare legislation. Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with a focus on providing in-home care as well as performing administrative tasks remotely. Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to client appointments. Prior experience working with NDIS or Homecare Packages is highly desirable.
