Open to an up & comer or an experienced CA Reputed builder with a fantastic culture & low staff turnover Our Client is a long standing major 2nd tier builder. They have been in operation for over 40 years and turnover in excess of $600M annually. They specialise in commercial, education, apartment & institutional projects ranging in value from $25M - $250M. They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to add a capable CA/PC to a $120M commercial project located in the middle of Geelong The role is a CA/Coordinator styled position. It will be tucked under and learn from an experienced PM and assist with the day-to-day operations of the project. Responsibilities will be focused on contract administration (claims, variations, trade package letting), general administration/coordination, document control, RFIs and sub-contractor management. To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a construction related discipline. We are open to looking at up & comers with 3 years experience through or candidates with over 10 years industry experience. More important than experience is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine work ethic and desire to succeed. Salary will be flexible depending on previous experience with a range of $90,000 - $170,000 total package.
