About the role We’re looking for a Business Teacher to join Australian Trade College North Brisbane (ATCNB). This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working with senior secondary students in a hands-on, vocational learning environment. You’ll be delivering Certificate III in Business while helping students build practical skills and confidence for real career pathways beyond school. What you’ll be doing Deliver engaging Business lessons aligned to industry outcomes Plan, assess, and track student progress Create a positive, structured classroom environment Support student wellbeing, engagement, and behaviour Keep up to date with marking, reporting and admin Get involved in school activities, events and wider student life Work closely with staff, leadership and external stakeholders What we’re looking for Qualified teacher (Bachelor or Masters in Education or equivalent) Certificate III or higher in Business QCT registration (or eligible) TAE (or willingness to obtain) Experience with senior secondary students is a bonus Strong classroom management and communication skills Someone who enjoys working in a practical, career-focused environment What’s on offer Salary from $87K to $124K super (based on experience) Salary packaging benefits Supportive team and strong leadership Professional development opportunities Stable role within a well-established not-for-profit About the organisation ATCNB is a senior vocational college focused on helping young people transition into trades and employment.
