Production Workers - Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts Recruitment Vision is currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join s numner of of Ballarat's leading manufacturing businesses. We strongly encourage applicants with team leadership or supervisory experience to apply, as we are looking to develop high-performing individuals into future leadership roles. These are ongoing casual opportunities offering full-time hours, with strong potential for permanent positions and career progression for the right candidates. We currently have morning, afternoon, and night shifts available. Candidates with backgrounds in food manufacturing, production, or process work are encouraged to apply. Experience as a chef, baker or cook is highly regarded but not essential.
