This is an exciting opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role where you’ll combine hands-on resident engagement with team supervision and program coordination in a supportive environment. Working closely with the Facility Manager and supported by 2 Lifestyle Officers providing 7-day lifestyle coverage, you’ll play a key role in enhancing resident wellbeing through meaningful activities, outings, events, and personalised lifestyle programs.
