A unique Hospitality Manager opportunity within a well-established aged care provider in Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing catering services within a portfolio of residential aged care facilities across the Greater Sydney region. Reporting to the Executive team, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance, food safety standards and hospitality operations while mentoring a team of hospitality staff. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in head office in Sydney, with travel required across a portfolio of aged care facilities. Qualifications Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Certificate Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS and compliance standards Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Current National Police Check and a valid Australian Driver's License.
