About the Role As a Practice Nurse you will provide comprehensive clinical support to our General Practitioners and allied health staff. You will be a key team member delivering preventative care, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care and health education. This role suits a confident, adaptable Registered Nurse who enjoys variety, patient contact and contributing to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform clinical assessments, triage and basic procedures in line with practice protocols. Administer vaccinations, injections and wound care with accuracy and compassion. Support chronic disease programs including diabetes, COPD and cardiovascular risk management. Prepare and assist with minor procedures and dressings, ensuring infection control standards. Deliver patient education on health promotion, medication adherence and lifestyle modification. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to recall systems and quality improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health and administrative staff to optimise patient flow and outcomes. About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia. Prior general practice or primary care experience preferred; recent graduates with strong clinical skills will be considered. Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic workplace. Current CPR and relevant immunisation training desirable.
