About the job Company Description Randall Therapy Centre is a small group private practice founded and led by Jane Randall, a Clinical Psychologist with more than 25 years of experience working with patients with severe and complex mental illness. Jane is an AHPRA-approved supervisor, and the culture of the practice reflects her belief that clinicians do their best work when they feel genuinely supported. The RTC team has experience with complexity, and our systems, processes and risk frameworks are built to support you and hold that complexity safely. We work with clients across the full range of presentations, with a particular focus on severe, complex and persistent mental health conditions, and we are incredibly proud of both the impact of our work and the strong environment we have built that allows us to deliver it. About This Role In this role you will work with clients face-to-face, with a varied caseload across a mix of presentations. Our caseload goal is 5-6 clients per day, a deliberately chosen number to create the right workload and environment for our clinicians to thrive, without a relentless back-to-back schedule and an impossible administrative load. This caseload means you’ll have protected time in your day for writing notes, preparing for sessions and reflection time between clients. You will also have access to Jane and the broader team for peer supervision and guidance, and our administration support and systems are there to help keep your energy where it matters. We welcome a diverse range of clinical interests and will happily discuss with you where you’d like to grow – including complex presentations, AOD, EMDR, neurodivergence or something else entirely. This opportunity has the flexibility to be structured as a full time or part time role – with arrangements between 3 and 5 days considered. More About You We are looking for someone who brings clinical capability and a warm, supportive personality to our team. Specifically, you: Hold full AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist with current Medicare provider eligibility; Clinical Psychology registrars very welcome Have post-registration experience and a genuine appetite to keep developing Thrive in a team environment and value peer connection, not pure isolation Are organised, comfortable with technology and able to work with autonomy inside a well-structured environment Are keen and able to work in person from our St Leonards office Hold a Working With Children Check and current National Police Check You do not need to be across every clinical presentation we see. You do need to be curious, committed to your own development, and the kind of person who enjoys a quick chat in the kitchen or connecting with your colleagues at lunch. You’ll Enjoy a Workplace That Offers A reasonable daily caseload goal Structured lunch times for support and connection (however if you need to pop out for fresh air or errands – that’s absolutely fine too!) Regular peer supervision opportunities within our team Strong clinical governance, clear risk and crisis protocols, so you’ll never feel unsupported with a complex client Streamlined systems and processes that keep administration manageable A warm, close-knit team where connection and collaboration is a normal part of everyday Support and encouragement with managing your professional development
