The role involves assessing client needs, developing personalised treatment plans, and executing therapy interventions aimed at improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to clients and their families. Working with diverse populations, including individuals in the NDIS and aged care settings, is a central focus of this role. Qualifications Expertise in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Pediatrics Strong understanding of medical principles and rehabilitation techniques, with the ability to apply them in practice Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with NDIS, Aged Care, Medicare, and private health insurance frameworks is preferred Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current professional registration Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability Personal dedication to improving client outcomes and promoting quality of life Experience working in both pediatric and adult therapy is an advantage
