Lettings Administrator - Herne Hill - £26,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience My client, one of South London's leading Estate Agencies, are currently seeking a junior Lettings Administrator, to join their vibrant office in Herne Hill. You will be supporting a close knit Lettings team, handling move-in files, overseeing all the tenancy paperwork from offer to move in. The role will require an individual who has a get up and go personality, an excellent eye for detail and excellent telephone manner. Key Duties: Progressing tenancies from point of acceptance to move in Drafting tenancy documents Handling guarantor agreements and standing orders Arranging Inventory Check ins, Cleaning, Gas Safety Records and Portable Appliance tests for properties Resolve queries raised by landlords and tenants in relation to the tenancy and file progression Liaising with suppliers, contractors, landlords and tenants Upload listings for rental properties onto the website and portals Control reference acquisition though a third-party reference company Ensure all finances and move in funds are received Providing support to the Lettings Team Skills and Experience Required: Ideally some proven property administration experience, although not essential Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Proactive and positive approach Ability to manage own workload, multitask and remain calm under pressure Excellent organisational skills and telephone manner Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office packages Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm If you are a proactive individual who is keen to progress their career within an established brand, please contact Lydia on the Business Support team at Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment. 0203725983 Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
