About the role: Our Host Employer, based on Kooragang Island, has been supporting Australian agriculture for over 100 years. As a Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience in a large industrial manufacturing environment, learning practical skills while working with a range of equipment and day-to-day production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and building a career in manufacturing with a supportive team behind them. In this role, you will learn to: Operate and monitor a range of manufacturing plant and equipment in line with standard operating procedures Develop problem‑solving skills to anticipate, identify, and respond to process and production issues Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards Location: Kooragang, NSW Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 3.30pm Duration: 24 months What’s in it for you?
