We're looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver to join our client in the Silverdale area as bitumen tanker operator. You'll be operating an 8 x 4 tractor unit with an 18-speed Road Ranger gear box and a 4-axle quad semi bitumen tanker - HPMV. About the Role Operate bulk tanker vehicles to transport and deliver bitumen Manage heating, pumping and transfer systems for safe and correct handling Carry out pre-start checks, calibrations and daily inspections Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records and documentation Work closely with crews to coordinate timing and site requirement What You’ll Bring Class 5 licence, with Dangerous Goods endorsement Experience driving Road Ranger and automatic gearboxes At least 2 years' experience in line haul or similar heavy transport work Bulk liquid or dynamic load experience is an advantage Experience handling hazardous or temperature-controlled products is an advantage Confidence using phones and tablets for reporting and job tracking, electronic logbooks and pre starts All applicants undergo pre-employment alcohol and drug testing.
