What You'll Be Doing Commercial Strategy & Leadership: Assist in guiding the Commercial Team with well-defined strategies and tactical plans to achieve business objectives. Business Development: Identify and secure opportunities within the Corporate, Groups, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segment. Account Management: Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, transforming leads into sustainable business partnerships. Negotiations: Lead rate and contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the hotel. Process & Implementation: Streamline sales processes to ensure seamless onboarding and execution of new business opportunities.
