About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our team in a casual role (20–25 hours per week) , working across both ELC and OSHC. Availability for early morning shifts is required. This role is ideal for someone studying or looking for flexible working arrangements. Please see the responsibilities for each area below: The Early Childhood Educator provides practical support to teaching staff by assisting with student learning, completing routine administrative tasks, and maintaining a well-presented learning environment. This includes organising resources and ensuring materials and equipment are appropriately maintained. The Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator supports the OSHC Coordinator in the development and delivery of a fun, safe, and engaging program for children attending the service. In this role, the educator actively encourages children’s participation and helps ensure the program promotes choice, inclusion, and meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with teachers and educators, and reporting to the Head of Early Learning, you will support children’s learning and wellbeing in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Duties & Responsibilities Support children’s learning in groups and individually Assist with basic admin (data entry, classroom prep, resources) Contribute to observations and learning programs Supervise children during class, play, and excursions Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Assist with program planning and OSHC activities Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance with policies Support general centre operations and team collaboration We’re looking for a caring, proactive team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education. Essential Qualifications and Licenses Have a current Positive Notice Blue Card.
