The firm is continuing to scale its team structure and wants an experienced Manager who can lead delivery, mentor seniors and intermediates, and own client outcomes without being micromanaged. About Our Client Our client is an established accounting and advisory firm located in Hope Island, offering integrated services across accounting, tax, business advisory, financial planning and finance. The group is substantial (circa 50 staff across the broader business) and structured with specialist support functions, including admin support, a sizeable bookkeeping team, and dedicated SMSF expertise. The Role This role is ideal for a Manager who enjoys balancing client leadership with developing people and improving workflow. Key responsibilities include: Managing delivery across a portfolio of SME and complex clients Reviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by the team Leading tax planning and advisory discussions through the year Acting as the key point of contact for clients, with Partner support as needed Mentoring seniors/intermediates and lifting capability across the team Supporting workflow management and resourcing as the firm grows The firm operates with team-based delivery models and is actively building additional teams to support continued expansion.
