WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Travelwise team Coach and support ongoing growth, capability, and engagement across the team Manage day-to-day operations including resource planning and work allocation Deliver exceptional service while meeting agreed service levels Build, manage, and strengthen supplier relationships to deliver compelling travel benefits Promote the Travelwise benefit across the FCTG network Drive marketing and communication of supplier deals, travel advice, and industry updates Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate closely with internal FCTG businesses to drive outcomes and growth Attend product training sessions, supplier briefings, and industry events Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all "Flighties" feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive WHAT YOU WILL NEED Proven leadership experience in a travel or service-driven environment Strong product knowledge across travel suppliers and offerings Experience using GDS and mid-office systems Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries while balancing competing priorities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement capability Experience working to customer service level agreements (SLAs) Self-driven, motivated, and solutions-focused approach Location: Onsite role based in South Bank head office, QLD Hours: Monday to Friday standard office hours Please advise your leader before applying
