About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a Carpentry background to oversee residential and commercial construction projects across Cairns. This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing local business. You will lead from the front, coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage project delivery, communicate with clients, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Like the owner of the business, who still gets on the tools when required, you will understand that everyone contributes to successful project delivery. While your primary focus will be supervision and project coordination, there will be times when you will roll up your sleeves and assist the team to keep projects moving forward.
