This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced property lawyers across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters within a professional and collaborative environment. About the Role Y You will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to solicitors within a fast-paced property law team. The role involves end-to-end matter support and requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative and legal support to property lawyers Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement Drafting, formatting, and preparing contracts, correspondence, and legal documents Preparing settlement statements and coordinating settlements Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders Managing diaries, deadlines, and critical timeframes Assisting with billing, invoicing, and general file management Lodging and managing documents through PEXA and other online systems Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality across all matters About You Previous experience as a Property Law Legal Assistant or Conveyancing Assistant Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment Experience with LEAP or similar legal practice management systems highly regarded Proactive, reliable, and client-focused approach What’s on Offer Opportunity to join a respected CBD law firm Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to a broad range of property matters Ongoing training and development opportunities Competitive salary package (commensurate with experience)
