We are partnering with a highly regarded and long-established early learning service located in the Eltham area of Melbourne, currently seeking a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join their team. About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will work as part of a dedicated and experienced team to deliver high-quality early learning programs and support positive outcomes for children. This role focuses on contributing to the overall educational program and daily practice of the service, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, consistency, and high-quality teaching. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging and intentional learning experiences Supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing Working collaboratively with educators across the service Building strong, respectful relationships with families Contributing to a consistent and high-quality educational program This role offers the opportunity to be part of a stable service where quality practice, teamwork, and positive relationships are genuinely valued.
