Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Pega Developer to join our team in Sydney on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Pega-based solutions , playing a key role in building an integrated case management platform that drives critical business processes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine deep technical expertise with architectural oversight , working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications Design and develop applications using Pega PRPC and BPM platform Lead solution design, ensuring alignment with Pega architecture and best practices Develop reusable enterprise components, rules, and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions across multiple releases Conduct code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning Oversee implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Pega applications Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams Stay current with latest Pega technologies and industry best practices
