Key duties include: Providing information on licensing, renewals, home warranty schemes, and contractor compliance. Managing customer inquiries across modern contact centre technology and multiple digital channels. Displaying resilience and exceptional customer service when engaging with challenging customers. Please note: Due to the short-term nature of this contract, remote work and Front Counter duties will not be required unless the contract is extended and full training is completed.
