Restaurant Manager — Ophelia, Westgarth Ophelia is looking for a strong Night-Time Restaurant Manager to lead service at one of Northcote’s most exciting new venues. Located at 85 High Street, Westgarth, Ophelia is part of the Yolk Group — a growing hospitality group focused on warm service, sharp standards, great food, and memorable guest experiences. We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, care, and presence to the floor. You’ll lead the night team, drive service standards, support a strong venue culture, and help deliver the kind of hospitality that keeps people coming back. About the role This is a salary position, working 4 to 5 nights per week.
