Role Purpose The Software Engineer role exists to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications that support client and business requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyse business and user requirements to design effective software solutions. Develop, test, and maintain software applications and system components. Write clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented code. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues. Participate in software architecture, design reviews, and technical planning. Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems. Maintain version control, deployment processes, and development documentation. Conduct unit testing, system testing, and performance validation. Support software releases, upgrades, and post-implementation reviews. Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and system documentation. Apply cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection principles in development work. Contribute to continuous improvement of development tools, processes, and standards. What We Are Looking For Minimum three (3) years of relevant software development experience. Relevant qualification in software engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline. Strong programming skills in modern software development languages and frameworks. Experience with databases, APIs, testing, debugging, and version control tools. Ability to interpret technical requirements and deliver practical solutions.
