You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, supporting brand positioning, and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth and elevate our market presence across Australia's telecommunications infrastructure sector. Key Description: Conduct market research and analysis to track industry trends, evolving customer needs and competitor movements within the telecommunications infrastructure sector. Develop and implement marketing strategies that directly drive DJRC's business objectives and growth plans. Plan and execute marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital promotions, service‑line focused campaigns and industry events or trade shows. Drive brand development efforts and define consistent messaging across all communication channels and stakeholder touch-points. Monitor marketing campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness, and generate actionable reports with clear conclusions and improvement measures. Lead marketing initiatives by working directly with internal operational teams and external partners. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including potential expansion into interstate or international markets. Maintain accurate marketing records, campaign reports, and market research databases and take responsibility for data quality and ongoing analytical use. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor degree or above At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research, or campaign coordination Demonstrated ability to analyse data and contribute to marketing strategy development Experience coordinating marketing activities across digital and offline channels Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment B2B marketing experience is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or CRM systems Experience working with diverse client groups or international markets will be considered favorably
