Front End Loader Operator We are seeking enthusiastic & reliable Loader Operators for immediate start in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, for a state-of-the-art recycling plant. Benefits and culture Full-time position. 12 hourly rotating shifts 6.00 to 6.00 on a 2-weekly cycle. Attractive wage rates including overtime. Structured training Immediate start Friendly team culture Free onsite parking Duties & Responsibilities Operating Front End Loader Loading / unloading soil and sifting to separate rock and foreign matter. Using shaker bucket and hammer. Soil blending prior to processing. Loading process hoppers/conveyors Assisting with process work as required. Labouring duties including some manual handling. General housekeeping Essential Requirements Front-End Loader license with a minimum of 2 years' recent operating experience. Excavator / Forklift license will be an advantage Quarry or recycling experience is highly regarded Strong commitment to occupational health and safety, Site specific PPE including full coveralls and breathing apparatus when required Physically fit and healthy. Flexible and prepared to work overtime to support work requirements.
