Client Details This opportunity is with a highly regarded organisation in the renewable energy sector for an innovator of product. They specialise in the solar PV market, focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions. Description Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of electrical systems. Own the product design and architecture for the company solution, ensuring effectiveness, performance and regulatory compliance. Lead the development of the DC balance of System solutions for larger scale solutions, including both the electrical and mechanical elements. Own the development from end to end for the company's current solution and next generation of products, including BESS, data centres etc Profile A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven expertise in PV system design from the C&I or utility scale markets with Australian experience. Strong leadership background in your career, from a people, client and product perspective. Strong knowledge of DC Balancing of systems. First principles engineering mindset. A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
