Auto Flex Solutions Pty Ltd is a growing automotive repair and maintenance business located in Tullamarine, Victoria. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in motor vehicles. Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake system repairs. Test and inspect vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with manufacturer specifications. Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify vehicle issues. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements. Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Skills and Experience Required: Relevant qualification equivalent to an Australian Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or higher. At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience (preferred). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's licence. Salary: Annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000 plus superannuation , depending on skills and experience.
