We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our Park Ridge, QLD team in a full-time position. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate factory office environment within a supportive team, reporting directly to senior management. Duties and Responsibilities: Draft, interpret, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, variations, and service agreements to ensure organizational alignment. Collaborate with production, sales and marketing, accounts, and logistics teams to align operations and fulfill contractual obligations. Respond to contract inquiries and efficiently resolve administrative issues. Maintain, analyze, and report on project data, contracts, and organizational compliance records. Advise senior leadership on critical issues, prepare performance submissions, and execute strategic management decisions. Monitor vendor and contractor performance, ensuring deliverables strictly adhere to work orders and budget variations. Applicants must demonstrate: Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, procurement, or project coordination (experience within manufacturing or food processing environments is highly regarded). Proven track record of monitoring vendor agreements and tracking contractor performance. Experience serving as a liaison between fast-paced factory production environments and external suppliers. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
