The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven and service-focused sales professional to step into a client focused sales / account management role. You will be responsible for managing and developing strategic accounts across aged care, hospitals, and healthcare, while working closely with distributor partners to drive growth, support service delivery, and ensure compliance. Work closely with distributor partners to win and support end-user customers Assist with joint sales calls, presentations, and account strategies Strengthen distributor relationships to drive share of business Support installation and maintenance of chemical dosing systems Ensure customers meet compliance standards, safety requirements, and audit readiness Deliver training to staff and partners on product usage and safety procedures Conduct service visits to maintain system performance and customer satisfaction You Background in chemical sales, hygiene solutions, or industrial products Experience selling into aged care, hospitals, or compliance-driven environments is highly desirable but not essential Exposure to working with distributor networks Strong service and compliance mindset (not just product sales) Relationship-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a smaller, agile business Commercially driven with a proactive approach Team-oriented with no ego — willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute The Rewards Your salary package will include a highly competitive base salary of $100K to $130K Super Car/Allowance Commission.
