Lead Training Excellence Across Queensland South Coast Radiology (SCR) and Imaging Queensland (IQ) are seeking an experienced and passionate Clerical Training Manager to lead clerical onboarding, training, and workforce development across Queensland. This newly expanded role offers the opportunity to shape training programs, develop high-performing teams, and drive consistency across one of Queensland's largest private medical imaging networks. About the Role Reporting to the Queensland Administration Services Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of clerical training programs across SCR and IQ. You will support and mentor Clerical Development Trainers, develop onboarding and competency programs, and partner with leaders across the business to build workforce capability and improve employee experience. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with regular travel across Queensland. Key Responsibilities Lead clerical training and workforce development initiatives across Queensland Develop and maintain onboarding, induction, and competency-based training programs Support, coach, and mentor Clerical Development Trainers and administration teams Create engaging training resources, learning pathways, and assessment tools Deliver face-to-face, virtual, and on-the-job training across multiple sites Partner with leaders to identify training needs and support workforce capability Monitor training effectiveness, compliance requirements, and development outcomes Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, education, and administrative processes Promote consistent service standards and a positive patient experience across SCR and IQ Build strong relationships with teams through regular site visits and stakeholder engagement About You You will bring: Experience in training, onboarding, or workforce development Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience developing training resources and programs A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach Ability to travel regularly across Queensland Applicants must be based on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Sunshine Coast.
