About the team The Business Strategy & Internal Engagement team sits in the Office of the Building Commissioner. The team drives internal programs and people engagement initiatives that promote a culture of collaboration and capability uplift. The team is a supportive group professionals, dedicated to driving positive change across the Commission. We are looking for an experienced Project Officer to support: -Division-wide programs of work to drive change and engagement including divisional pulse checks to measure employee engagement. -Strategic programs of work using data, insights and employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve cultural uplift. -Leadership capability uplift programs including in person and online forums and events. -Programs of work identified by the Building Commissioner, or DCS led initiatives. Your skills and experience should include your ability to: -Manage competing priorities and be comfortable to pivot at short notice. -Work well under pressure in a high performing team responsible for multiple projects. -Analyse data and develop insights to support evidence-based planning to inform decision making and support continuous improvement. -Build constructive relationships with stakeholders and staff. -Gather program requirements, consult and seek endorsement to progress programs and initiatives. -Initiate meetings and coordinate stakeholder workshops and consultations. -Prepare and maintain project documentation. -Keep meticulous records and collate information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes -Identify program risks and issues early and develop and implement mitigation strategies. -Develop clear communication and engagement plans, project management plans and risk, action and decision logs.
