Due to continued business growth, we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the positions of Machinery Supervisor and Facility Supervisor. Machinery Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Inspect machinery and equipment to identify faults and maintenance requirements Coordinate and supervise machinery servicing and repair activities Monitor machinery performance and operational efficiency Schedule and allocate work to workshop and technical staff Ensure machinery is maintained according to manufacturer and company standards Maintain accurate maintenance and service records Monitor inventory of machinery parts and workshop consumables Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements Liaise with customers, suppliers and management regarding machinery servicing requirements Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Facility Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of company facilities and service areas Monitor workplace safety, cleanliness and operational standards Coordinate maintenance and repairs of buildings, facilities and equipment Ensure company facilities comply with relevant regulatory and safety requirements Maintain facility records and operational documentation Monitor stock levels of facility-related supplies and equipment Coordinate contractors and service providers as required Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures Support staff training and adherence to company policies Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency Skills and Experience Successful applicants should possess: Relevant qualifications and/or industry experience Strong leadership and supervisory abilities Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Experience within agricultural, machinery, maintenance or related industries will be highly regarded
