Located in North Fremantle WA, Bib and Tucker is a contemporary beachfront dining venue offering quality food, beverages, and hospitality experiences in a relaxed coastal setting. The restaurant is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily operations and support its growing team. Key Responsibilities: Organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Leading, supervising, and training front-of-house staff, including rostering and performance management Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner Coordinating restaurant service to ensure smooth daily operations Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and service flow Monitoring operational costs, including labour and stock usage Assisting with ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations Maintaining presentation standards and contributing to the overall success of the venue About You: At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $79,000 - $89,000 per annum
