THIS ROLE IS BASED IN GRIFFITH, NSW HR Business Partner | Food Manufacturing | Regional NSW Osborne Richardson is partnering with a major Australian food manufacturer to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for a key operational site in Griffith - Regional NSW. This is an opportunity to join a large and well-established business where you will work closely with senior leaders, influence workforce strategy and play a critical role in shaping culture, performance and employee engagement across a complex manufacturing operation. The Opportunity As a trusted advisor to operational leaders, you will provide practical and strategic HR support across a broad range of people matters. No two days will be the same, with exposure to employee relations, industrial relations, workforce planning, leadership coaching, organisational change and talent development. You will become an integral member of the leadership team, helping drive business performance through effective people practices.
