We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Manage and deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring all enquiries and complaints are handled professionally and effectively. Recruit, train, supervise, and support retail staff to maintain a productive and high-performing team. Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and analyse financial reports to achieve business targets and profitability goals. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to increase revenue. Manage stock levels, coordinate product ordering, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of solar products and accessories. Analyse market trends and customer demand to support product selection, pricing decisions, and sales planning. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and retail operational standards. Maintain strong coordination with installation and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer service delivery. Identify operational risks and implement strategies to improve efficiency and overall business performance.
