Our client seeks an Electrical Supervisor for FIFO work in the Pilbara. On offer is an 8 & 6 roster with the potential of ongoing work. 12 hours paid daily. Scope of works: The bulk of the work will be around the Port Hedland area doing BHP Housing maintenance Camp Maintenance for various camps Electrical installation and maintenance Fault finding and repairs on Electrical Systems Following Isolation Procedures Switchboard modifications Lighting and security upgrades GPO and equipment installations Cable tray and Conduit installations Testing and Commissioning of new installations Completion of compliance paperwork and test records, About the Role : Supervising a team of Electrical Tradesmen and Trades Assistants Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained Engaging with stakeholders and management Preparing the daily job lists and allocating tasks Assisting with staff recruitment Assisting with quotations and budgets Preparing reports as required About you: Supervisory experience in the Electrical trade Trade background with a WA Electrical licence BHP inductions will be favourable WP High Risk ideal LVR and CPR S26 - Mandatory Have the ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol testing Excellent English and communication skills — written, oral (phone) and in-person — with the confidence to sell a project to clients.
