Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. Monitor Stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control across multiple locations. Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, and internal teams. Review freight costs, stock discrepancies, and slow-moving inventory. Manage stock transfers and replenishment to meet customer demand. Conduct monthly stock reconciliations and investigate variances. Maintain purchasing, landed cost, and product compliance records. Support continuous improvement of logistics and supply chain processes. Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure timely order fulfillment. Provide stock availability updates and delivery timeframes to internal stockholders. Coordinate annual stock takes and maintain inventory accuracy. Review report on 3PL warehouse service performance. Maintain product weights and dimensions data. Improve forecasting tools and support supply chain planning process Special Projects Refine forecasting tool for all panels and inverters to be more friendly and held on the Dropbox for others access. Development Intermediate-Advanced Excel Skills Understanding of Health and safety in a warehouse environment Commence TAFE Studies to assist in a role of development, Accounts, Commercial Law, Economics etc once existing is completed courses have been identified and are still current Why Join Us?
