Admin Assistant / Customer Service Consultant Join a vibrant, fast-paced healthcare team supporting aged care services across Victoria, NSW, QLD and Tasmania. The role This is a busy, people-focused role where you will help coordinate daily staffing requests between aged care facilities, home care clients and our team of healthcare workers. You will be speaking with clients and staff throughout the day, managing incoming shift requests, updating rosters, confirming availability and helping make sure the right staff are placed into the right shifts. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, confident on the phone and enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days feel the same. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as you will be working with live rosters, staff availability, client requirements and compliance information. Strong communication skills are just as important, as this role is all about people, urgency and calm problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails Receiving and managing shift requests from aged care facilities and home care clients Contacting suitable healthcare workers for available shifts Confirming staff availability and shift details Updating and maintaining internal rostering and operating systems Communicating with nurses, personal carers, cleaners and clients Supporting last-minute shift changes, cancellations and urgent requests Building strong relationships with staff and clients Providing excellent customer service in a busy, high-pressure environment Assisting the wider operations team during peak periods This role could suit someone who is Coming from customer service, administration, rostering, call centre, healthcare or scheduling Highly organised and confident speaking with people Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Good at staying calm when things get busy Someone who enjoys problem-solving and making things happen Looking to build a long-term career in healthcare operations Returning to the workforce and ready for a busy, people-focused role What we are looking for We are looking for someone who brings: A genuine love of people and a desire to support both clients and staff Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A professional and friendly phone manner High attention to detail Strong computer skills Organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities A calm and methodical approach under pressure The ability to build strong relationships A positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous administration, customer service, rostering, scheduling, healthcare or call centre experience would be highly regarded Why join CBH?
