Roster: 8 Days On / 6 Days Off | 12-hour shifts Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Until 31 July 2026 We are seeking an experienced Trainer Assessor – Processing to join a mining operation on a FIFO roster. This role will provide operational coverage and support the ongoing development and assessment of personnel across processing plant operations. About the Role as a Trainer Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and conducting competency assessments across a range of processing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring employees are trained, competent, and compliant with operational and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Deliver training and assessment across all areas of the Processing Plant Facilitate isolation training and competency assessments Maintain accurate training and competency records within the Learning Management System (LMS) Support workforce capability development through coaching and mentoring Ensure training activities align with site procedures and compliance requirements Skills & Experience Essential Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) Demonstrated experience training and assessing within Processing Operations Full C Class Manual Driver's Licence Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Desirable Experience using SuccessFactors LMS What's on Offer Immediate start FIFO roster (8:6) 12-hour shifts Opportunity to work within a well-established mining operation Competitive hourly rate Supportive and safety-focused team environment If you have a strong processing background and are passionate about developing workforce capability, we would like to hear from you.
